Scholarship Awards Available from the Illinois Academy of Criminology
Who is eligible: Any Illinois high school senior or college student interested in pursuing a career in criminology or criminal justice may apply. This includes law enforcement, juvenile justice, probation or parole, corrections or offender rehabilitation. Awards will be made on a competitive basis in which need and academic performance will be major considerations.
Scholarship Amount: $500 per individual This award is meant to cover incidental college expenses and is seen as a supplement to more substantive scholarship grants.
